This App collects and processes your real-time location, attendance, and work-related activity data for legitimate business, operational or personal (in case of family members/relative/loved one) purposes, including attendance verification, workforce management, field activity monitoring, productivity assessment, employee/family member safety, client servicing, and compliance requirements.
Location tracking may operate during your official/personal working hours or as per the time period consent given by you and, where reasonably necessary, during field assignments, travel, emergency situations, or operational synchronization activities. Background location access may continue when the App is minimized or closed if such permission is enabled on your device.
The Application shall not be used for unlawful surveillance, espionage, unauthorized monitoring, cyber activities, or any activity prohibited under applicable laws.
The user should NOT use, activate, deploy, or operate the Application in or around Defence establishments, Military bases or cantonments, Strategic government installations, Nuclear facilities, Sensitive border areas, Critical infrastructure locations, Vulnerable or classified operational zones, declared by government authorities.
This restriction applies whether the use is intentional or accidental. Certain sensitive or defence-related areas may be vulnerable to Cyber attacks, Signal interception, GPS spoofing, Electronic surveillance, Data interception, Communication disruption or unauthorized network access attempts.
Use of tracking technologies in such areas may create national security risks, trigger security investigations, cause data compromise and may violate governmental regulations.
The User acknowledges and accepts these risks.
The Application may automatically disable services in restricted locations, limit tracking features, generate compliance alerts, suspend accounts involved in suspicious activities or report unauthorized access attempts where legally required.
The App reserves the right to implement additional security controls without prior notice.
The App/developer of App shall not be liable for unauthorized use by Users, use in prohibited or restricted areas, cyber attacks or network intrusions, GPS inaccuracies or signal failures, governmental actions arising from misuse, loss of data due to external attacks or force majeure events.
Use of the Application is entirely at the User’s own risk & cost.
This tracking application is intended only for authorized and lawful use.
For security, cybersecurity, and national safety/security reasons, the following INDIVIDUALS, individually or collectively, are strongly advised NOT to use this application:
Use of tracking applications by such persons may increase risks relating to cyber attacks, electronic surveillance, GPS spoofing or interception, data compromise, unauthorized monitoring and national or organizational security exposure.
In the era of digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, cyber attack on App cannot be ruled out, though sufficient counter measures shall be deployed.
The App does not intentionally access your personal messages, private photos, contacts, or unrelated personal content stored on your device. Data collected through the App will only be used for authorized business, operational, security, audit, legal, and compliance purposes in accordance with applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
