1. Introduction
These Referral Program Terms & Conditions ("Referral Terms") govern participation in the referral program offered through the Sanjay Drishti App ("App"). By participating in the Referral Program, users agree to be bound by these Referral Terms and the App's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- App means the Sanjay Drishti mobile application and related services.
- User means a registered user of the App.
- Referrer means a User who refers another person to subscribe to the App.
- Referred User means a new user who subscribes to the App using a valid referral code or referral link provided by the App.
- Successful Subscription means a subscription that has been successfully purchased and paid for by a Referred User and has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed.
- Referral Reward/Points means a discount credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the subscription value of a Successful Subscription.
3. Eligibility
- Users must maintain a valid and active account on the App to participate in the Referral Program.
- Referrals must be genuine and made to real individuals.
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
- A user may not create multiple accounts to obtain referral benefits.
4. Referral Process
- Each eligible User will be provided with a unique referral code or referral link.

A referral shall be considered valid only when:
- The Referred User is a new user who has not previously registered on the App;
- The Referred User registers using the Referrer's referral code or referral link; and
- The Referred User completes a Successful Subscription.
5. Referral Reward
- The Referrer shall receive a discount credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the subscription value paid by the Referred User for each Successful Subscription.
- The 10% referral reward/points shall apply to every Successful Subscription made by the Referred User, including future subscription renewals, provided the subscription remains valid and successfully paid.
- There shall be no limit on the number of successful referrals or referral rewards/points a Referrer may earn.
- Referral rewards/points can be transferred to another new user only for one time. Further, the new user cannot further transfer the reward/points to another new user.
- Rewards/points are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Credit and Redemption of Rewards
- Referral rewards shall be credited only after successful verification of the subscription payment.
- Referral rewards may be used as discounts against future subscription purchases, renewals, etc.
- The App may prescribe operational procedures for applying or redeeming referral rewards.
7. Fraud Prevention
The App reserves the right to investigate referral activity and to withhold, cancel, reverse, or remove referral rewards where it reasonably determines that:
- Fraudulent or misleading activity has occurred;
- Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual;
- Referral activity has been artificially generated or manipulated; or
- These Terms or applicable laws have been violated.
8. Refunds and Reversals
If a subscription associated with a referral reward is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding referral reward may be withdrawn, cancelled, or adjusted by the App.
9. Modification or Termination
The App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without assigning any reason. Any changes shall become effective upon publication within the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App shall not be liable for technical failures, referral tracking errors, delays in processing referral rewards, or any indirect losses arising from participation in the Referral Program.
11. Final Decision
All decisions relating to referral eligibility, referral tracking, reward calculation, fraud review, and interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding.
